The Sleep Sense™ Method, created by Dana Obleman in 2003, has already helped thousands of parents just like you teach their children healthy sleep habits. It was my strong belief in Dana’s system that inspired me to become a professional sleep consultant, and I look forward to helping you and your family achieve the same results that my recent clients have been enjoying. Here's what well rested parents have been saying..

Danielle
To all my sleep deprived parents,
When I became a mother, I expected that sleep deprivation was par for the course. The two things were synonymous with each other. I accepted the myth that it was a stage that children would outgrow as they get older and that we should just ride it out.
Just after Eli turned two, I noticed small changes in his sleeping patterns where he would go through bouts (a month at a time in some cases) of waking up very early on a morning and refuse to go back to sleep. Just after his 3rd birthday things got progressively worse and despite all our efforts, I was losing my sanity. Eli would wake up at 3 am and not go back to sleep. I then had to head to work and attempt to be productive. The night time routine also became a theatrical performance where he needed a string of rituals completed before he would settle. This could drag on for over an hour, where Franz and I would tag team each other to keep each other sane. I had had enough by April and reached out to The Dream Team: Baby Sleep Consultancy. To all my sleep deprived parents
We spoke over the phone and I was reassured that I didn’t have to accept these myths that had been fed to me and that a good night’s sleep was possible. I received a detailed questionnaire that I filled out and in a matter of a few days we met face to face to discuss a plan. Marie has such a soft, and gentle tone, I immediately felt reassured, comforted and fully supported. She was thorough in her explanation and answered my myriad of questions.
A few days following, we started to implement the plan. It was a challenge for all of us to adjust to the changes required but soon enough we started reaping the benefits. All along the way Marie has been there answering questions, providing feedback and advice and reinforcing that we all were going great.
In a very short time, immense change has been observed. I mentioned a nearly one hour long bedtime theatre production; it’s now down to 10 mins max. Eli is putting himself to sleep and sleeping through the night and waking up at a time that works best for our family. I am now waking up before him. On the mornings he does wake up before our set time, he will lay so quietly.
Marie has been a God send to us. I strongly urge any parent who is experiencing challenges to stop accepting it as the norm and get help. We don’t need to go it alone. Step out, seek professional help and get a good night’s rest for everyone. Things in our household have been so much more peaceful since Marie’s input. Thank you!

From the onset, Marie was positive, bubbly and non judgemental! I loved how calm she was and how she made me feel after our very first phone call. After asking a few questions, she sent through a questionnaire that helps create a personalised programme for our child.
Fast forward two weeks, Marie helped me/us achieve something I deemed impossible! She literally held our hands through the whole thing. Thanks to her, a few days into our sleep training and she learnt to sleep and we now have a little one that sleeps through the night! After almost 15 gruesome months of no sleep, I genuinely never thought I’d see the day where she sleeps properly at night. Honestly, I can’t express just how helpful she is! Truly grateful, forever and always for changing our sleep pattern at night.

Sonny Jim (3) was regularly waking up anywhere between 3am and 4:30am, while our normal wake-up time is 5ish. Sometimes we can get him back to sleep, other times not so much. This means, at least a couple days a week, one or both of us (parents) are sleep-deprived and miserable all day. Enter Marie and The Dream Team Baby Sleep Consultancy. We had one face-to-face consultation with Marie and then have kept her up to date via Google docs as to the progress. And the progress has been fantastic as far as I’m concerned.
For the last week he hasn’t gotten out of bed before 6am (our goal wakeup time). A couple mornings he slept until 6, the other days he was up before but lay (mostly) quietly until 6, at least once for an entire hour. And that includes a morning when he woke up crying at 2 and put himself back to sleep!
The improvement is better than I thought possible and took a matter of days, just by following Marie’s instructions.

As with many things, I have my reservations trying something new but when it’s anything to do with my baby, I try to keep an open mind. Nevertheless, I was pessimistic about starting sleep training. Having seen the difference in our baby’s sleeping habits is like the difference between day and night. Our little one actually enjoys sleeping now, shockingly. She’s the one that swings towards the bed when she’s tired and it’s her nap time. The biggest change has to be not having to sleep in the guest room on a work night. As I work shift, I am up at earlier hours of the morning and just getting out of bed was enough to wake our little one up, so I was evicted to the guest room by my lovely wife for waking up the baby constantly. but now she sleeps right through any background noise. We did not ever think this would be possible! Thank you so much Marie.
I was so nervous to start it but Marie was so reassuring and supportive during the process. My baby now sleeps in her own crib and sleeps through the night! thank you Dream Team BSC :) When I started to see progress what went through my mind was, why didn't I do this sooner! thank you!

My husband and I actually have time to see each other in the evening, and we aren’t so fed up with the bedtime routine that we’re just constantly grouchy. So, a HUGELY positive effect.

I went into our consultation with the mindset that at worst, I would have a listening ear for three weeks to let me vent about how much I wasn’t sleeping! I came away from our time feeling more confident in the tools and processes she gave us, and with a better understanding of what “normal” looks like and how to achieve it. Well, I thought you might like to know: last night, [baby] woke once and fussed a little, but by the time I came back from the bathroom, he had fallen back to sleep and slept the rest of the night!!! And he woke up this morning grinning and laughing!!! First full nights sleep in three months, and it happened on vacation! Thank you so much again for helping up get this boy on track.
